How to Measure Yourself

Shoulder: Position the tape measure where the neck and shoulder meet. Measure from that point until the end of the shoulder as shown by the diagram.

Sleeve Length: Measure from the end of the shoulder until the wrist bone. This should be done while bending the elbow, with hands rested on belly button.

Bust: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of the bust.

Waist: Wrap the measuring tape around the waist.

Hips: Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of the hips. The tape should go around the buttocks.

Pant length: Measure from waist to heel.
